The Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority badge, the coat of arms (Sorority crest), the name Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated (Inc.), the name Ivy Leaf, the Launching New Dimensions of Service logo including the Education Enrichment logo, Think HBCU logo, the Health Promotion logo, Family Strengthening logo, Environmental Ownership logo, Global Impact logo along with the following terms: ASCEND, One Milliona Backpacks, Think HBCU, Family Seasonal Wraps, AKA 1908 Playground Project, Acts for Green Program, and Fashionetta are federally registered trademarks with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
The badge, coat of arms, the Launching New Dimensions of Service logo, including the Education Enrichment logo, Think HBCU logo, the Health Promotion logo, Family Strengthening logo, Environmental Ownership logo, Global Impact logo must not be reproduced or used under any conditions without the written permission of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Reproduction without permission is a legal infringement, and the violator is subject to prosecution.
All federally registered trademarks should be used with the federal registration symbol (e.g. FASHIONETTA™, IVY LEAF © or ®).
